Please read the following privacy policy (the “Policy”) carefully. It contains important information about how Reap collects and uses personal data that are collected and received through your use of Reap’s website and services. This includes information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number that is not otherwise publicly available. By using our Site and Service and by providing or making available your content, personal information and such other information about yourself to us, you are agreeing and expressly consenting to the collection and use of your personal data or information by us for the purposes of providing the Service to you, improving our site and features, contacting you and conducting research.

1. Data Types
Personal Data: Reap collects personal information when you register with us and use the Site, including but not limited to: your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, and HKID number. Personal information does not include your credit card number or billing information, which is not stored by Reap. Once an account is registered with Reap, we will know associate your identity with your account.Transaction Data: Reap also collects information about your transactions with us and automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, Reap cookie information, and the page you request.Third-Party Data: Reap may from time to time require information relating to your Recipient (including the Recipients' name, bank account number, and a copy of your contract with the Recipient) in order to process your Payments and/or to comply with regulation and perform verification checks. Such information may include personal data of the Recipient or third parties. By providing us with such information, you warrant that you have obtained the consent of the relevant Recipient or third party to the provision of their personal data to Reap, and to Reap collecting, using and storing such personal data for the purpose of processing payments and conducting compliance or verification checks. You hereby warrant that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you will comply with all applicable laws (including applicable data privacy and confidentiality laws) in relation to the collection, disclosure, use and storage of such personal data.

2. Use of Data and Information

3. Non-Disclosure
We do not rent, sell, or share your personal information or third-party personal data provided by you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you’ve requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:When it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Reap’s terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.If Reap or any subsequent future successor company is acquired by or merged with another company. In this instance, your details may be disclosed to any prospective purchasers and their advisers and passed on to the new owners of the business.We may share statistical and demographic information about you and your transactions with suppliers of advertisements and programming. This would not include anything that could be used to identify you specifically or to discover individual information about you.For each payment made through our Services, the receiving party of the payment may request your information solely for the purpose of identifying your payment and its origins.​

4. Information Protection
Reap is equipped with standard encrypted Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate and Card Details are not stored by Reap but instead managed in a Payment Card Industry DSS compliant network.We also limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.We will make any legally required disclosures of any breach of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your unencrypted electronically stored “personal data” (as defined in applicable state statutes on security breach notification) to you via email or conspicuous posting on the Site in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, insofar as consistent with (i) the legitimate needs of law enforcement or (ii) any measures necessary to determine the scope of the breach and restore the reasonable integrity of the data system.

5. Use of Cookies
We use “cookies” to collect information. A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your computer's hard disk for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies for two purposes. First, we utilise persistent cookies to save your login information for future logins to the Site and Application. Second, we utilise session ID cookies to enable certain features of the Site and Application, to better understand how you interact with the Site and Application and to monitor aggregate usage by Users and web traffic routing on the Site and Application. Unlike persistent cookies, session cookies are deleted from your computer when you log off from the Site, Application and Service and then close your browser. 6. Information Collected by Third-Parties
Reap uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies, to help the website analyse how Users use the Site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on its servers. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and Internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.We, and third parties, may from time to time make software applications downloads available for your use on or through the Services. These applications may separately access, and allow a third party to view, your identifiable information, such as your name, your user ID, your computer's IP Address or other information such as any cookies that you may previously have installed or that were installed for you by a third party software application or website. Additionally, these applications may ask you to provide additional information directly to third parties. Third party products or services provided through these applications are not owned or controlled by Reap. You are encouraged to read the terms and other policies published by such third parties on their websites or otherwise.

7. Access to Your Information and Updating Your Information
​You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please send an email to hello@reap.hk.If any of the information that you have provided changes, for example if you change your email address, name or payment details, please let us know by correcting the details on your account profile page or by sending an email to hello@reap.hk. You may ask us, or we may ask you, to correct information you or we think is inaccurate, and you may also ask us to remove information which is inaccurate.

8. General
By providing your email address associated with your Reap account, selecting the check box on the registration page or subscribing to our email list via your Profile page, you are granting implied consent to send emails to you relating to the Service including transactional, marketing and product updates.You can withdraw your consent to receive electronic marketing communications at any time by opting out on your Profile page, emailing us at hello@reap.hk or following the unsubscribe procedure contained in any electronic communication you receive from us.Reap reserves the right to send Users that have provided an email address updates that are transactional in nature including, but not limited to payment receipts, updates such as administrative messages, password reset notifications and other account related information.

9. Changes to Our Privacy Policy
Significant changes to this policy will be notified to you through direct email to the address associated with your Reap Account, or a notification prominently displayed on our Site.
